Kibin.com is a multifunctional writing platform for students, bloggers and others who may want to get some sample for brainstorming or simply proofread their essay. Also, the site has some thesis builder that helps to come up with it. Although it is made in the way of step by step application, it cannot be used as a real guide for something bigger than 2-3 pages. Is kibin legit? Kibin is an absolutely legit site as it does not provide any writing services except editing? The prices for editing are too high, but the sample database is extremely useful. Besides, a lot of people say that there is only grammar/spelling check available and no other suggestions are possible. The support agents work only via email and provide answers very slow.
1.Kibin Review
Kibin is an essay writing service that gives you a good punch in the early beginning of your writing process and when it is almost finished and you need get it proofread. The Kibin.com is completely legit and has all certificates and registration. However, they focus on their sample section that is made in the way of a blog.
It is my strong belief that they work with some other big writing companies to get these papers. Otherwise, the origin of them is not clear. The company is a US-based one and has a lot of contractors. According to their feedback, they get only $4-10 per paper.
At this point, usually, you don’t have a perfect paper but slightly changed as many of contractors are not willing to make something superb for these prices.

Glassdoor website seems to be the only credible source of kibin reviews. The other ones promote their own writing services and don’t say anything good about these guys. The huge organic traffic to Kibin.com shows the great value of it. Kibin customer feedback is a huge academic library.
So almost a half of a million students use this resource. Truly, that is a great number of academic help service. I've also found some kibin.com reviews on Trustpilot. There are not many of them but all reviews are positive. Not a single negative review which is a bit suspicious.
4.Guarantees
Kibin.com does not allow any kind of refunds. Especially if you get the paper done. You can ask their support agents to send it back for an extra check but it will take a lot of time, and an argument is guaranteed. Consider that they have just a dozen of agents to reply all email messages. It means that it may take up to two weeks to get the answer. Is kibin.com scam? I don't think so but their subscription is tricky.
Certainly, you can cancel the subscription, but it would be a hard task to get the money paid for sloppy paper received.

I would not use this site for Ph.D. dissertation as it would be extremely expensive and ineffective.
9.Customer Support
It has been said before that they communicate with their customers via email only so it can take a couple of days or weeks to get the reply. Certainly, you don’t have decent support for this service. Kibin reviews usually don't mention this.
10.Offers and Extra Services
Kibin editing service does not have any extra features except the citation check for $1 per one. It could cheap and nasty for your essays. The citation check includes checking the availability of actual sources online.
