However, right after this claim, the company states that they have more than 700 experienced writers from different English-speaking countries.  

Wait a minute, does it mean that only 30% of their writers are native speakers? What about others? Where are they from? How well do they know English to write an academic paper? In order to find the answers to all these questions, I have conducted research and present this bestessays review for your consideration.

What can one learn about bestessays after reading some customers’ feedback on the web? Well, not much. For some reason, I didn’t find any reviews on TrustPilot, even a single one. However, there were plenty of them on SiteJabber.

In general, the situation is the following. About 60% of users are satisfied or almost satisfied with the work of this service. The other 40% are very disappointed or state that they will never apply to this company again.

I also searched for at least one bestessays.com reddit review only to find a few posts made by the company itself where they provide a link to their service.

Is bestessays.com legit? To get an answer, I started looking for a money back guarantee on the site and was unpleasantly surprised to discover that there was no such a page. I only managed to find information about bestessays.com refund policy in the terms and conditions section. After examining it in details, I understood why they hid it. You have a right for a refund, but you should take into account that it is only possible if you haven’t requested revisions before. Once you ask for a revision, there is no way to get your money back. And the second thing I want to note is a refund deadline. You have only 72 hours to request a refund after the paper is completed. Not when you confirm that you received the completed assignment, but once the writer stops working on it.

I strongly recommend you to read the terms and conditions very attentively because there are many pitfalls which you should be aware of in advance.

The range and variety of the provided services are indeed impressive. One can outline 7 categories of assistance that BestEssays offers to customers.

The form is quite simple and comprehensive, so it will not take a lot of time to fill all the required fields. You may also select a higher level of quality, but I strongly recommend you to clarify the difference before choosing any. Personally I did not get any guarantees except the promise that my order would be assigned to a more experienced writer, but it is only a promise.

7. Prices and Fees 

The prices are high, very high I’d say. 22 dollars is the lowest possible cost for only 1 page in case you select the longest deadline and no extra features.

8.Paper Quality 

For only three pages of a standard quality paper, I paid a hundred dollars. A huge sum of money for a simple assignment, and no wonder that my expectations were high. However, the paper could hardly correspond to my desire to get a work completed by a real expert. It was not as bad as on some cheap writing services, but I wanted more for the money I spent. I expected a perfectly polished assignment but received an average written paper with errors and even a few typos.

I have no claims concerning customer support work. They were helpful, fast, and what is more important, always online. Sure, they tried to convince me that their service was the best and they only worked with experienced professionals. But I am already used to it and just tune out this piece of information.

10.Offers and Extra Services 

Extra services consist of 5 additional options which have to improve the quality of your paper or give some more guarantees.  

I do not believe that all of them are essential if you have already applied for the assistance to a custom writing service. For instance, what is the purpose of the editor’s proofreading if the company guarantees to write a high-quality paper? Or, what is the purpose of a plagiarism report if it is said that you will get a 100% unique assignment. Doesn’t it sound contradictory to the company’s policy? So, I don’t see any good reason for some of these extra services as it is a simple waste of money.
