Paperell is yet another writing service which is very similar to EduBirdie. I couldn’t ignore the fact that it has almost the same design and identical order form. So, I asked customer support whether it was connected with Edubirdie. And, you know, she answered - Yes, it is a partner website.  Now, you may ponder - what is the purpose of this paperell.com review then? Indeed, there will be a lot of the same things, but there is still a chance that a partner could change something or even improve. So, let’s check it out and see whether paperell is better than its elder brother.

2.Pros and Cons

PROS:

CONS:

• the absence of at least one negative paperell review    
• the quality of the paper is not good enough for the required price
• probably fake writers

3.Online reputation

There is not much to say about the online reputation of this service. On SiteJabber, there are only 5 reviews, and on TrustPilot, I found only 3 of them.

All of them are positive, but their amount is not enough to make a conclusion that this site is trustworthy. That’s why I decided to check paperell reddit feedback and got nothing at all there.

4.Guarantees

Is paperell legit? Let’s find the answer in the paperell refund policy. So, like many companies, Paperell claims to return 100% of the money in case the customer places two orders by mistake, the company misses a deadline, the company fails to find a writer, or if the level of plagiarism exceeds 10%. These are quite standard guarantees offered by almost any writing service. However, I also found a quite clear promise to get 100% in case the writer fails to follow the initial instructions.

Paperell provides such services to the customers as writing essay (of different types), business plan, dissertation, research paper, term paper, presentation, and some other most common assignments that students usually require.

6.Ordering Process

If you are familiar with EduBirdie, you will not find the order form on paperell too difficult. It consists of three steps with only a few of the required fields to fill. You need to indicate a topic, a number of pages, select a subject and a deadline. There are also some extra features, but we will talk about them a bit later.

Once you provide the instructions, you will proceed to the bidding page. On this page, you will see the writers who are ready to do your assignment. You can chat with them to clarify the instructions or discuss any other details of your paper. However, do not expect a fast response from them. Sometimes, they are very inattentive and do not even read your instructions carefully.

This makes me ponder - Is paperell scam? Are their writers real or fake if they send you some standard messages and show little attention to details related to your paper?  

7. Prices and Fees

You will not find a price list or a cost calculator to check the cost of the service. The only way to learn the minimum cost is to place an order. On average, the lowest price will be about 23-25 dollars per page with the longest possible deadline. Not very friendly prices. Another bad news is that you will not find any paperell discount code to get a discount for the first or any other order. The price you see is final, and there are no ways to reduce it.

8.Paper Quality

Frankly speaking, the paper quality doesn’t correspond to the price you pay. I don’t say that it is very bad, but when you pay so much money, you expect to get a perfectly polished assignment. Unfortunately, you won’t get it on Paperell. The quality is quite average, and most of the other services provide the same, but at least at a twice and sometimes even thrice lower price.

9.Customer Support

I haven’t faced any challenges communicating with customer support. I was even surprised when the agent honestly told me that it is a partner’s website. I faced a similar situation before, and in that case, the agent started making up stories to ensure me that it was a different company. So, I really appreciate the honesty of this department.    

10.Offers and Extra Services

The only extra feature for users available on this site is the company’s choice in selecting a writer for a customer. It will cost you 10 dollars, and as for me, I see no sense in it at all. You use a service with a bidding system to get an opportunity to select a writer yourself instead of getting an automatically assigned one. But for some reason, you decide to refuse this really good opportunity and leave the task of choosing a writer for you to the company? Sounds odd. That’s my opinion, but I still see no reason why this option is not free.
