1.Service Review

Papernow.org is a custom writing service that provides various writing services for students in need. The service claims that it’s been on the web for 10 years now.

But when I checked their domain, it turned out that it was registered in 2016.

It spoiled a little my first impression, however, it’s not that important. Let’s see what quality they offer.

2.Pros and Cons

PROS:

• Fast supports
• Direct communication with a writer
• Unlimited free revisions

CONS:

• Hidden money back guarantee
• High prices
• If the order delivered after the deadline you may not get a refund

3.Online reputation

When I tried to find papernow.org reviews, little did I find. There are a couple of reviews on fake review websites which promote their own services, so they are not a good place to look whether papernow is legit or scam. The redditors were no big help too as I couldn’t find any papernow reddit discussion. Fortunately, there were some reviews on Trustpilot. There are just three of them and they are all positive which seems a bit suspicious.

It’s unbelievable for custom writing services not to have any bad reviews. So I went deeper and in the end, I found a negative review which sounded like most of the negative reviews.

Having read a few reviews, I wasn’t able to see the whole picture before placing an order. But let’s first have a look at papernow refund policy.

4.Guarantees

I spent some time trying to find papernow refund and money back guarantee policy but I gave up and asked a support to help me.  

I have to acknowledge that their refund policy is clear up to the point when they mention late deliveries. It says that if the paper is delivered after the deadline due to unexpected circumstances from the papernow.org side, you MAY NOT be entitled to some compensation. This is tricky as you may not need this paper anymore as they’d screwed up your submission alredy. The last sentence in their policy is even trickier “Please be informed that delivery time deviation is not a subject to refund.” This implies that even if they delivered the paper after the deadline and you missed your submission deadline, you can receive no compensation at all. So be careful.

6.Ordering Process

The ordering process is simple: you choose the type of work, deadline, and your level.

A 1-page essay, college level and a 20-day deadline cost me

$16.70. When I hit the Order Now button I was transferred to the full order form.

But be careful because the price changes as SMS Updates and Top Writer features were added automatically. When you’re done with your details, click the REVIEW MY ORDER button.

If all order details are correct, you can proceed with the payment.

7. Prices and Fees

I must say that their services are pricey, taking into consideration that you can grab a 20-day deadline option. The price for 1 page, High School level with a standard 14-day deadline will cost $13.18. The same paper but with Undergraduate, Master’s or PhD level will put you back at $18.90, $25.15, and $26.15 respectively. It seems strange that the difference between Master’s and PhD level is only $1, doesn’t it? I didn’t find any papernow discounts. If you want to get papernow promo code, you have to ask the support department whether there are any at the moment.

8.Paper Quality

I ordered a 1-page movie critique. The paper arrived prior to the deadline, there were no critical mistakes but there are some points I want to cover more in depth. First, the header wasn’t formatted per APA rules, there were 2 grammar mistakes, and there was more summary than the actual critique of the movie.

9.Customer Support

Customer support is good. There are plenty of ways to get in touch with them: Facebook Messenger, Live Chat, or you can call them. They provide quick and professional support.

It took them less than a minute to answer my questions. Nothing to complain about.
